100 To Home

"100 To Home” is a unique fundraiser for CLG Naomh Ultan taking place on the May Bank Holiday weekend, coinciding with the 50th anniversary in 2024.
Our mission? To secure another 50 years of our club!

On Sunday May 5th 2024, both past and present members of our club will undertake a challenging 100km cycle from Mount Errigal to the heart of our club, Páirc Naomh Ultan.

In recent years, our club's development and park committees have spearheaded ambitious projects at Páirc Naomh Ultan, transforming it into a hub of activity and inclusivity for our members and the wider community. Thanks to your unwavering support and the selfless dedication of countless volunteers, we've achieved remarkable milestones.

Reflecting on our journey thus far, the generosity of our community and local businesses has enabled us to make significant upgrades, including a fully lit training pitch with secure fencing and ballstops, a state-of-the-art floodlit walking track, as well as new dugouts and high-quality pitch fencing.

While past initiatives such as the Club Development Draw fundraisers and securing Sport Capital Programme grants have been instrumental, our vision extends further. We aspire to redevelop our playing pitch surface, construct a stand, enhance our car park and spectator areas, and expand our fully equipped gym facility - all while ensuring our club remains financially sound.

Our ambition is clear: to create a debt-free, top-class facility that will serve our club and wider community for years to come. We understand the task in fundraising for these ambitious developments at Páirc Naomh Ultan, but we feel it will leave us with an amazing facility for the community over the next 50 years and one that we can be extremely proud of. To do this, we need your help!

To achieve our goals, we need to continue raising funds. We are excited to launch this fundraiser, “100 To Home”, where collectively participants cover the distance from Mount Errigal to Páirc Naomh Ultan. We are promoting this campaign at local, national and international level by drawing in the support of our members past and present at home and abroad.

Together, let's ensure the legacy of our club thrives for generations to come. As we celebrate our rich history, here's to the next 50 years of Naomh Ultan!
